Enquires for long term winter rentals (Snowbirds) are available on request
A non-refundable booking deposit of €100 is required to secure dates
A security deposit of €150 is required for all rentals, but this will be refunded to you after your holiday is complete
subject to a satisfactory property inspection
The minimum rental period for this Sunset Palms Villa is 5 nights unless otherwise agreed by us in writing
Any stay of 7 nights or less will be subject to a one time departure cleaning fee of €70
No cleaning fee is payable for 8 nights or more
During the winter months of October to May we recommend that you purchase pool heat at the weekly rate of €70
You can decline pool heat if not required
We accept on-line payments via PayPal (2% fee) in € (Euro) or CHF (Swiss Francs) (plus £ (UK) or $ (US/CAN))
We are happy to accept personal cheques in € (Euro) (€10 fee) (or £ (UK) or $ (US) with no fee)
We also accept International (and US/UK) bank transfers
We will happily waive the PayPal fee for your deposit so you may use it to quickly secure the dates you require
